Xfinity gateway login incorrect username.

So I just moved into my new place, tried to sign onto the WiFi and the password was wrong. I then reset the router and tried to enter the password (the one on the router) and it keeps telling me the password is incorrect. I’ve also unplugged the router and that didn’t help anything either.
